Also, with our comprehensive Lifetime Warranty coverage, damaged or lost rings can be replaced for a nominal fee regardless of the date of purchase. FAQs
Please contact ZB Jewelers at [email protected] to
notify us that you would like to exchange your ring. Include your
original order number in the email for your exchange to be processed.
All exchanges must take place within the first 20 days of receiving your
ring.
Rings returned past the 20 days and engraved rings cannot
be exchanged. They will automatically fall under our Lifetime Warranty.
Place
your ring securely in a box or padded shipping bag. It is important to
make sure that the ring(s) will not move or shift while in transit. Do
not send your ring loose or otherwise not secured in a package, as it
may be damaged in transport. Include a copy of your original packing
slip with the ring.
If you do not have your packing slip, please follow these steps:
- Print the packing slip/invoice that pops up and include it in your shipment to us.

If
you receive the ring and it is already damaged, you must notify us at
[email protected] within 3 calendar days of your tracked receipt of
the order. Notification of receipt of a damaged ring after 3 calendar
days past your tracked receipt of the ring will be referred to the
Lifetime Warranty program and not eligible for exchange - no exceptions.

Exchanges
outside the 20 day period must be processed through our Lifetime

Our number one goal at ZB Jewelers is for you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. Since tungsten is the hardest
metal used to manufacture rings, it is impossible to resize. Therefore,
we offer a Lifetime Warranty Guarantee. We will replace your ring with a
new one should your ring ever become damaged, lost or you need a new
size, all you pay is a $25.00 processing and handling fee per ring and a $5.00 flat rate shipping fee, per
claim. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover the laser engraving on your
ring.
