Men's Wedding Bands September 2, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Jupiter, FL United States   I was gifted 2 rings from ZB Jewelers by attending a wedding expo, just had to pay for initial shipping. We ended up needing to exchange the rings for a larger size, and ZB covered the shipping cost for the exchange! The quality is great and we are very happy with the rings! Ring Style and Size November 5, 2023 Reviewer: Jannette from Clinton, SC United States   The Ring style looked exactly like the picture! Very good quality. My fiance is a size 13 when he got measured at a Jewelry store. If youre looking for a tungsten style ring Id recommend to size down at least half a size. I ordered him a size 13 and it was a bit too big. I exchanged the rings and got quick shipping. 12.5 ended up fitting perfectly! I would recommend them, and the customer representative I spoke to was very kind about the issue. 10/10 recommend Was this review helpful to you?

Quick Customer service July 15, 2023 Reviewer: Jessica B. from Barberton, OH United States   We measured my fiancé's ring finger while attending a bridal show and didn't account for swelling in his fingers, We ordered a half size too big. The first pair I ordered were too small for us so we had to return them. Rings April 1, 2021 Reviewer: Gary Terry from Fountain Inn, SC United States   We first ordered the Forever rings and the size wasn't correct (our error) so, we sent them back for another size but wanted a different ring instead. We exchanged the Forever ring for the Treasure ring and LOVE them! The size and design was just what we wanted. Customer service was wonderful with our order. Definitely recommend ZB Jewelers!
